2. Purpose of processing

We process the data you provide through the contact form (name, email, phone number, company and message) to handle your request for information about our products and services, and to reply through the channel you indicated or the one you used to contact us.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number and the content of the conversation for the same customer-support purpose.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give us when filling in and submitting the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data retention

We keep the data for as long as a business relationship or mutual interest exists, and in any case for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We may use service providers (for example, hosting or email delivery providers) that act as data processors in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to omalflex@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
